amendor was established in 2002 by Kim Paasche.
Kim Paasche holds a masters in law and through positions as HR-director in a number of companies, including Accenture, FLSmidth, Rockwool International and the Dyrup group, he has been part of numerous management groups.

Besides his primary work within Human Resources, he has had management and budget responsibility within the areas of marketing, economy, communication and IT and this has given him a deep, practical business understanding.

Headhunting and recruitment at all levels; Outplacement; Coaching and development of management; organisation development and workflow efficiency; solid knowledge of employee rights, wide (HR) experience with the buy-out and merging of larger businesses.
