With our many years of experience within HR, we have a proven record in recruitments on all levels and in many branches, both nationally and internationally.

Often we are requested to headhunt or search qualified candidates, typically managers and specialist. Our customers are from very branches i.e. Pharma, Engineering, Insurance, Construction, and Chemical.

Other customers prefers to manage the process themselves – but ask us to contribute in the selection, test and sparring.

Typically, it is advantageous to use an external sparring partner to ensure that the requirements (or desired ones) for the applicants’ professional and personal skills are incisive and realistic.
